Entry

Entries only via Showlink’s online entry system. All ring cards and information letters for exhibitors are sent by email only. Pay the entry fee with credit card (for Finnish residents, internet bank payment is also available).

The entry cannot be cancelled once the entry and the entry fee has been submitted to the organizer even if the entry period would not have ended yet, with the exception of cancellations made because of change of judge.

You will receive an entry confirmation to your email within an hour. Check that the information of your dog and the class you have entered your dog to are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation message, please contact Showlink’s customer service without delay.

NOTICE TO DOG SHOW ENTRANTS FROM OUTSIDE FINLAND

Our dog show entry system has been updated! The most important changes you should note:

Entry will no longer be possible without logging in

• If you don’t yet have login credentials for the entry system, please register first and create them for yourself.
• If you already have login credentials for the entry system, you can continue using the same account.

Dogs you wish to enter must be added to your personal profile in advance

• If you have previously used the old system, everything is in order – your dogs will already be available in your profile.
• If you do not own the dog yourself but it is registered in the Finnish Kennel Club system, you can easily add it to your profile using only the dog’s registration number. If the dog cannot be found, all details must be entered manually.
• The same dog can be added to profiles of multiple people.

Junior handler and a pass for dog

• Junior handler entry (Fri 11 Dec) – 15 €
• A pass for a dog – 10 € per day

Please note that we do not accept requests for schedules or ring placements. Bringing non-entered dogs to the show venue is not allowed.

A pass for a dog entered to only one show but that needs a pass to enter the showgrounds also on the other days can be purchased during the event at the Northern entrance of Messukeskus. The price of the pass is 10 € per day.  The dog must be vaccinated in accordance with the Finnish Kennel Club’s vaccination instructions.

Other instructions

To enter a dog to Champion Class, a Championship Certificate must be enclosed. To enter a dog to Working Class, a Working Class Certificate (WCC) must be enclosed. If the required certificate is not provided, the dog is transferred to Open Class.

When entering to a show, the exhibitor undertakes to follow the valid Show Regulations and Vaccination Instructions of the Finnish Kennel Club.
