When I was child, we had at home first a German Shepherd and next one was a Labrador Retriever and with it we did some hunting. In 1990s I started my “adult” doggy life and sled dogs have been of great interest for me: first Samoyeds and Siberian Huskies with kennel Taymyr. In 2006 I applied for my own kennel prefix Packice and with my dear Anne we breed Alaskan Malamutes and Siberian Huskies. I am an accountant by profession and I can say that I am the only accountant in Denmark, who does sled dog riding. I have been active in the Danish Siberian Husky Club and the Danish Samoyed Club as well as in the Danish Kennel Club. I have been also delegate of the Danish Kennel Club in the FCI Sled Dog Commission. Originally I planned to become judge for the four sled dog breeds, but little by little I became interested in other breeds as well and now I am qualified to judge all breeds in FCI groups 5 and 7 and a couple of breeds in groups 2 and 10.
