On my parent’s farm I already bred successfully rabbits, sheep, ducks, doves and exotic birds. At a young age I started to work with our farmdog and at the age of seventeen I bought my first purebred GSD, Wolke von der Nauroder Kurve. She was
my foundation bitch and I started to breed GSD and showed successfully during many years. 1989 I had a traffic accident and suffered from severe back injuries. The health consequences of this accident made it impossible for me to continue training
my GSD’s and show them in the ring. It was time for smaller dogs and fulfilled myself the childhood dream of a Welsh Corgi Pembroke. I imported two dogs from England, Russell of Wey and Good Gracious of Wey. In the following years I bred and showed
my Corgis with a lot of success allover Europe. I maintained and even improved the quality of my Corgis by introducing American lines (Just Enuff, Ninacorte). With Siggen’s Jeremy from Norway I introduced the natural bobtail gene in our breeding and I am grateful to Leif Wilberg (Siggen) that he allowed us to have this wonderful dog at stud at our kennel. In 2006 my wife fell in love with two Canadian bred Pekingese at the Westminster
show in New York. Dr. Gail Forsythe and my wife stayed in contact afterwards and in autumn 2006 Dr. Forsythe let my wife know that she would part with Lionheart Hollywood Night’s Kid. In no time this „black stallion“ came to live with us. He is my wife’s absolute favourite and is a terribly spoilt little chap. About half a year later a
Peke girl was added to our household. Pleiku All This at Kerimere, bred by Betty Tilley flew over to Switzerland. That is how we started in Pekingese. I started judging 01.01.1995 first breed was Welsh Corgi Pembroke an Cardigan. I can judge the hole FCI Group 1. Also some breeds in group 2, 5 and 9. For furhter details take a look on the FCI Judge list. I recently jugded in Switzerland, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Serbia, Poland, Finland, Norway, Belgian, Nederland, Canada, USA and an open Show in England.
