I became a judge in 1994, first for my own breed, the Golden Retriever, and later for other breeds in group 8 and group 5.
My family has always had Golden Retriervers, which I’ve bred under the prefix Dream Max. The prefix was later transferred to my daughter, who still breeds. We’ve also had Cocker Spaniels and English Springer Spaniels. We’ve also always had dogs from group 5, first Keeshonds and later on Siberian Huskies. I have been invited to judge the latter at World Dog Show in Madrid. Today, I share my home with three joyful Jack Russell Terriers.
Nowadays, I can call myself an allrounder judge, which is a great honour to me. My judging appointments have taken me around the world and I have practically judged all over Europe and in Australia.
It’s already been a few years since I've last judged in Finland. I’m very much looking forward to my future appointment!
